Delivery & Returns
Everything on vivapack.co.uk is dispatched from our UK warehouse. Prices include Plastic Packaging Tax, and delivery is shown before you pay.

- Delivery is free for every full pallet of 20 boxes. Boxes on top of a full pallet are £9 each, so 21 boxes costs £9 to deliver and 40 boxes is free. Above five pallets (100 boxes), ask for a quote.
- Order before 12:30pm on a working day and your boxes are dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day.
- Orders placed after 12:30pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- Next-working-day delivery covers mainland UK. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands may take an extra day; we'll tell you at checkout if that applies.
- Every box is 60 × 40 × 40 cm and weighs around 9 kg, so please make sure there's somewhere to receive it.
- You'll get a dispatch email with tracking once the courier has collected.
Returns
- If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, including delivery.
- Changed your mind? You can return unopened, undamaged boxes within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the goods. Return postage is at your cost unless the goods were faulty.
- Opened boxes can't be returned, because the pots are food-contact packaging.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of the boxes reaching us.
